My best friend has been dating this geeky bigoted jerk who sucks at life (there is no better way of putting it). He always has some rude sarcastic remark to say. He knows how to push her friends and families buttons and uses it to his advantage, too frequently. In conclusion, he sucks and no one likes him. She hasn't been herself for sooo long. The Best Friend that I know and have been friends with since 6th grade would NEVER put up with even a fraction of this shit. She's been so depressed that she's gained A LOT of weight since they began dating. She was looking HOT after high school. She was loving life, so in shape, so alive, and so herself. It was amazing. As soon as she started dating him, she became a downer, pushed her friends away, pushing her family away, hated life more and more, became slightly races (his influence), and has gained a massive amount of weight (not to say that it's bad to be overweight, but it's an unhealthy amount very fast and due to depression bc of him).
My Point:
So about a year ago her grandparents, whom I love, were up and her grandfather was speaking with the boyfriend (we'll call Jake) about engagement rings. Jake said that he was thinking about breaking up with her bc she's gotten fat. He said "when my mom recently saw her she asked if their was something wrong with (we'll call her Hannah) Hannah, because she was a pretty little number when they started dating and now, well..." Hannah's grandfather said "you should love her no matter what and that should NOT be the reason why you break up with someone". Her grandfather tried to tell her and she wasn't listening, so she assumed her grandfather was calling her fat. She got PISSED and stopped talking to him.
Her grandfather tired e-mailing her to explain and Jake deleted it before she couldn't see it. About 3 weeks ago they broke up and then got back together. Jake called Hannah's grandfather and said that he was going to come out with the truth and be honest this time around. STILL Hannah did NOT know what had really gone on. She finally spoke with her grandfather a few days ago and he came out with everything. She apologized and then called to tell me everything. She agreed that he needed to be gone, BUT once she finally spoke with him ... she texted me: "he was honest about everything, i hate to say it but we didnt break up.. i'm sorry that i overreacted yesterday to you".
HOLLY SHIT GIRLS ARE STUPID! Seriously?!? I called and told her how I felt and I have no idea what she's going to do because he was walking through the door as we were speaking on the phone.
Is it just me who thinks that girls are stupid or am I not alone?
