Sweet worrying

Does it ever go away? Even when you know things are okay and you don't have to worry anymore? Lifes funny in the way that when you should be worried your not, but then when you don't need to be, you do. Maybe it's because you didn't before and it may make you worry, just incase, or it's just your brain being odd... or maybe I'm the odd one...?
if you get what I mean... let me know.

Sweet dreaming.

A kid that I work with spaces out and 'dreams' sometimes, going off into another world. This may just sound like day-dreaming, but it's a little more advanced. He really gets his head in the game and pretty much goes into a deep sleep while sitting up, but it seems very real. I wish that I had this and could control it so that I could go to a tropical beach somewhere in the middle of the day... just spend my lunch break in Italy sipping on wine or walking on a nice warm beach. Wouldn't it be nice?

Sweet dreams and goals.

I have a long laundry list of things that I would love to do someday, travel the world, help someone in need, and become as educated as possible. So here are some things that I'd like to do:
-Climb Katahdin
-Backpack for a week or two
-Rent a camp on a lake
-See Italy, Ireland, Greece, Germany, and some place tropical and random
-Save up money to show up at the airport (bags packed for where ever) and pick some random cheap flight to somewhere and just GO!
- Have movie marathons of classics that I have NEVER seen. Such as all the James Bonds to start, Driving Mrs. Daisy, Good Will Hunting, etc.
-Visit Family that I never see
-Learn new languages
- try out pieces of religion
-yoga (full time)
-finish all the books on my bookshelves.
-Learn to play PS3 (well)
-expand my food pallet
-try many new things
-enjoy life
-help a family and/ or a person in need
-find a donation and donate (even if it's a small amount here and there)
-find time to Volunteer.
-Sell my cards
-Take a calligraphy class
-Take a card making course
-Get my masters in both Poli Sci and EDU
-Run for something (even if small)

These are a few of mine. What are some of yours? Have you completed any? I try each day in my line of work to try and change or touch at least one persons life, do you?

Sweet friends.

I went to dinner with some friends from college tonight and one so kindly likes to bring up all her drastic odd dieting. I understand that she wants to be at a healthy weight and all, but dear lord. She was fine before, she's fine now, and she's doign all the wrong things. Ladies and gents, please dont only eat a salad and a piece of chicken a day, or skip a meal because you'd like to have a cookie. It's NOT worth it. Healthy carbs give you energy for the next day and fruit gives you energy for that day through natural sugars. So eat healthy (as possible, must just EAT while a high amount of good choices) and get to working out (even if it's just a walk around the block). Keep in mind that you dont start burning excess fat until about 20 mins into your workout, so take it slow! Enjoy each bite and each step you take. Each day is a gift.
Do you have any interesting dieting stories?

Sweet kids.

As some of the Kindergardeners that I work with and I walked passed the gym the other day the kids noticed that the other class was doing cart wheels. One of the little girls decided to point out how lucky they were to be doing cartwheels on the mats. One of the little boys replied with "only girls can do cartwheels." I said "no, everyone, boy or girl, can do cartwheels." The little girl replied to my broad generalization of a point with, "except old people." Oh sweet innocent kids. They state the absolutely random obvious. Got to love them.

Sweet new car smell...

The title says it all!
